Crafted Over Time is a feature length documentary about artists and craftsmen who make things the old way, using time-honored traditions and tools. See how a glassmaker, a stained glass designer, bookbinders, instrument makers, stonemasons, a cannon maker, and even flint knappers create their work and define their roles in this modern world.

Many of them feel part of a primordial lineage of accomplished artisans, wresting civilization from its basic elements – fire, metal, stone, and the materials that nature provides. Others honor the primitive peoples who survived and thrived thousands of years before modern society. Today’s technologies may have a place in their workshops, but they still use traditional hand skills to craft their unique creations.
